Iowa Concrete Leveling offers multiple methods of raising sunken concrete depending on the clients unique project needs and budget. No matter the situation we have the expertise and equipment to raise your sunken concrete.
Step 1.Drill
Small holes are strategically drilled in the concrete.
Step 2.Pump
Specialized Grout or expanding Polyurethane Foam is injected under the concrete slab which lifts the sunken piece of concrete and provides a new base to hold the concrete at the proper grade.
Step 3.Patch
Drilled holes are patched. Concrete can be used immediately if needed.
